Oscar is an exciting young chef who has recently moved to The Pearl in The Dead Dolls House in Hoxton Square. Before this he was at Koya on Frith Street following stints at The Pollen Street Social and The River Cafe in Thames Wharf. Prior to this he worked for The River Cafe in Thames Wharf and Pizza Pilgrims, a Napoli inspired street Market stall based in London’s Berwick Street. Oscar has also worked at Bocca di Lupo. Before he took his position at Bocca di Lupo, Oscar gained experience working at Jamie Oliver and Adam Perry Lang’s restaurant, Barbecoa; Electric House, Portobello and Seasons Cafe, Brighton.
