Kevin’s first short film, IDENTICAL, won a British Academy Scotland New Talent Award in 2015. He is a graduate of the MATV Fiction Writing programme at Glasgow Caledonian University with a scholarship from Warner Bros. Creative Talent. Kevin was also a part of the inaugural BBC Writersroom Scottish Voices Group.
His short film WHEN ABBIE MET EMMY premiered at BFI Flare in 2019 and DOUBLE WORD SCORE was selected as part of the DepicT! 2020 programme at the Encounters Film Festival. Kevin is currently writing for the BBC Scotland continuing drama, RIVER CITY.
