Siobhán is an award-winning writer/director. Her short film script, THE CONSOLATION OF ORION, won the Filmbase/RTE Short Film Award Scheme in 2011. She was shortlisted as Director for the Galway Film Centre/RTE Short Film Award in 2013 and 2015. Siobhán’s latest film, TAKING STOCK, won at Carlow International and Newport Beach Film Festivals. Siobhan successfully applied to Screen Ireland’s National Talent Academy for the position of Shadow Director. She recently completed shadowing on the feature film “One Night Only” from Writer/Director David Gleeson. Producers Nathalie Lichtenthaeler and Judy Tossell.
She has experience in script consulting with emerging writers and gained invaluable experience in the editing department on the Oscar nominated film “In America” and the blockbuster “Reign of Fire.
Competent in French, having lived in Geneva for two years, she would be comfortable working on French projects.
